Perform preventative maintenance as outlined in the Preventative Maintenance Program. Monitor and secure inventory.  Follow established ordering procedures to replenish supplies and inventory.  Minimize waste.  Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies or threats to the security of guests, employees or hotel assets. Provide input on the annual departmental operating budget.
